§ Entries will be accepted only between the hours of 2 and 6 PM on Friday, Sept. 17. No exceptions will be made. This is earlier than the Junior and Ladies Fair to have as much light as possible for the judging. § Bring entries to the Tent next to the Ladies Fair Building. § All entries must be 2010 grown by the exhibitor. § Each exhibitor MUST have a 3” x 5” card with name, address, phone, and all entries listed. o List each entry on a separate line, showing Section, Category, and Class. o Circle the total number of entries in the upper right hand corner of the top card. o Be certain your name is on each 3 x 5 card. Do not use back of cards. |

§ All prize winning entries will be sold at the Farmers Market Auction at 1 PM on Sunday. § All proceeds will go to the Big Rock Plowing Match Association. § Entries not taking a prize may be picked up on Sunday between 11:30 and 12:30 PM. Otherwise, entries will be sold.
The Fair Management will not be responsible for loss or damage to any entry exhibited, but every precaution will be taken for the safekeeping of all entries.
Special AwardsIvan & Betty Davis Memorial Largest Pumpkin $25 to the person winning 1st place, $15 for 2nd place, $10 for 3rd place in Section I – Category A – Open to all ages. Most Blue Ribbons $15 to the person in Section I. $15 to the person in Section II. $8 to the person in Section III. $15 to the person in Section I, II, and III. |
