RULES & REGULATIONS

1.      All entrants must be in the age group of 3 through 5 years old.
2.      All entrants will be judged on poise, appearance and smiles. The judging will be done by non-area residents.
3.      All entry forms must be received by September 10, 2007.
4.      The winners of this contest will be asked to return in 2008 to help present awards.
5.      Kaptured Memories by Kim from Elburn will be donating an 8 x 10 picture to the First, Second and Third Place contestants. Pictures will be taken immediately after the contest.
6.      Judging will begin at 1:30pm on Sunday, September 16, 2007 at Plowman’s Park during the Plowing Match in Big Rock. All entrants must check in at the stage by 1:00pm.
