Friday, Sept 17th Saturday, Sept 18th noon until dark. 6:30a.m.-8:30a.m. Saturday, Sept 18th Sunday, Sept 19th 9:00a.m.-5:00p.m. 11:00a.m.-4:00p.m. Outdoor Space (12x12): Under the Tent (10x10): $40.00 $60.00

 

 

We furnish ONLY the space.  Big Rock Plowing Match Association, Inc, is not liable for damage or loss to any exhibitors work.  Space is limited, so please consider returning your application, as soon as possible, to ensure available space and same location of space, as requested.

If you are a new crafter, please provide two (2) photographs when sending in your application. (1)  of your booth and (1) of your craft or merchandise.

Exhibitors are required to arrive during the set up times and be ready to be open to the public during all hours of the show.  NO BREAKING DOWN ON SUNDAY, until the end of the show, or until given permission to do so.

Along with a SELF-ADDRESSED, STAMPED BUSINESS SIZE ENVELOPE,
